Launch your campaigns in 5 days, not 5 weeks
In an agency, it takes 3 to 5 weeks between signing and the first live campaign. At mediagentic, it takes 3 days to take over an account and 5 to start from scratch, because everything that can be framed is framed once and for all.
In the agencies I ran, launching a new client's campaigns took 3 to 5 weeks. The delay depended on the complexity of the account, the advertiser's legal and organizational constraints and the number of channels, but the path was always the same: brief, kick-off, access requests, recommendation, rounds of approval, then go-live by a team discovering the account.
That delay has a cost you rarely see on an invoice. Platform algorithms need data to learn: on Meta, the field benchmark is about 50 conversions over 7 days to exit the learning phase, and Google's Smart Bidding follows the same logic. That learning time only starts at launch, and every week spent in meetings before going live is a week in which the algorithm learns nothing.
At mediagentic, I need 3 days to take over an existing account and 5 days to build campaigns from scratch. I don't skip any step: the media plan, the campaign structure, the decision rules and the budget guardrails are written once, at setup. Accounts are connected directly, and the agents apply the plan as soon as it is approved. Decisions that commit the budget are still approved by a human, namely me.
For an SMB, the difference shows in the first month: campaigns that start learning several weeks earlier, for a one-off setup fee and then a fixed monthly fee, with no commission.
