This is a translation. The French version prevails.
What we collect, why, for how long, and how to tell us to stop. In plain words.
Who is responsible
mediagentic, SASU, 118 rue Saint-Dominique, 75007 Paris, RCS Paris 109 386 268. For any question: hello@mediagentic.fr. mediagentic is not required to appoint a data protection officer; its President is the point of contact.
When you write to us
Through the site form, by email or on LinkedIn, we collect what you give us: name, work email, company, the media budget you indicate, where you are today, your message, the language and the page you came from. We use it to answer you, prepare a conversation and follow our commercial relationship. Basis: your request, then our legitimate interest in following up our business prospects. Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deletion. You can object at any time, without having to give a reason.
When you become a client
We process the professional contact details of your staff to perform the contract, invoice you and keep our accounts. Retention: the term of the contract then five years; ten years for accounting records. The personal data held in your advertising accounts is processed on your behalf, under the data processing agreement appended to your contract: it stays in your accounts.
When you visit the site
The site uses no advertising cookie. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) only start if you accept them in the banner. They tell us page views, where visits come from and that the form was sent, never its content. Your choice is kept for six months; you can change it at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months. Technical logs strictly necessary to run and secure the site are kept by our host.
On LinkedIn
When you follow the mediagentic page, comment or write to us on LinkedIn, we see the information LinkedIn makes visible. LinkedIn is responsible for its platform; we do not copy that data anywhere else, unless you ask us to get back to you.
Who has access
The mediagentic team, and the providers that run our tools, each for their own part: Vercel (site hosting), Airtable (tracking requests), Google (mail, documents, analytics), Qonto and Indy (invoicing and accounting, for our clients). We neither sell nor rent any data. We do not buy contact lists.
Outside the European Union
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission adequacy decision for certified companies, or by standard contractual clauses. Details on request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to its use, in particular for prospecting. Write to hello@mediagentic.fr: we answer within the month. If the answer does not suit you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
Named access, two-factor authentication, no secret in the code, providers chosen for their commitments. In the event of an incident affecting your data and presenting a risk to you, we will tell you.
Changes
This page is updated when our tools or our practices change. The date at the top is the one that counts.
