A one-off set-up fee, a fixed monthly fee. Zero commission.
The price is public: €3,000 set-up, €500 per connected account, then a fixed monthly subscription by media-investment tier. No commission, no billable time. It answers what advertisers expect in the AI era: pay less for execution, get the right level of talent for strategy, and a good dose of experience to make the best decisions.
At mediagentic, the price is built by ticking boxes. It isn't a gimmick, it's the model.
To start, a one-off set-up of €3,000, once. Everything below is included, none of it optional, because without it there is no set-up to run: the strategy package (targeting / audiences, keywords, KPIs, channel mix, phasing, brand safety), campaign configuration (structure, budgets, bids and guardrails on each of your platforms), the arbitration rules, framed once and applied everywhere, and the reporting dashboard, produced continuously at whatever granularity you want. Then €500 per account to connect: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360. Creative is optional, but if you need it, we can do it.
After that, a fixed monthly subscription, known in advance, by media-investment tier: €1,000 a month up to €10k of media, €2,500 from €10k to €50k, €5,000 from €50k to €150k, €10,000 from €150k to €400k, €12,000 above. The tier doesn't move with the month's budget swings. For an advertiser under €10k of media a month on two platforms, the first year costs €16,000 all in, excluding VAT and media.
No commission on spend: I earn nothing from you spending more. No billable time: I earn nothing from the work taking long. The only way for me to earn more is for you to stay, so it has to work.
This model isn't a whim. It answers a measured expectation. In the WFA × MediaSense study on the future of agency remuneration, 58% of brands say they expect to pay less where AI is deployed. In the same study, brands expect to pay more for strategic and technical talent, while commoditised tasks see their price fall. Both findings say the same thing: value is moving from execution to judgment, and the price has to follow.
A tiered flat fee does exactly that. Execution, handed to agents, doesn't cost ten times more at €100k than at €10k; so it isn't billed as a percentage. What grows with the budget is what's at stake in the arbitration, and that is what the tier reflects.
